Providing Water in Costa Rica

George Gull - Retired Research Support Specialist at Cornell University.  Assistant District Governor in Rotary District 7170. He has shared with us his amazing work of developing, building and implementing infrared light detecting devices to explore the center of the galaxy through the Cornell University Space Sciences Lab.

Nancy Potter - Retired Family & Community Development Issue Leader & Assistant Director at Cornell Cooperative Extension, Tompkins County.

Both are long time Rotarians active in many activities in Rotary and currently are pursuing water supply activities for needy Costa Rican communities. Many in the Sunrise Club have found great interest in the drilling of wells and constructing storage tanks and plumbing for small to medium sized communities.

They are with us this week to give us an update on their recent return visit.
